PRE-ADJOURNMENT ANNOUNCEMENT
Council President Torres announced that on Monday, November 27, 2023, Council will
hold a required public hearing on Council Bill 23-1483 changing the zoning classification
for 4850 North Federal Boulevard in Chaffee Park; and a required public hearing on
Council Bill 23-1484 changing the zoning classification for 5107 - 5135 North Emerson
Street in Globeville. Any protests against Council Bills 23-1483 and 23-1484 must be
filed with the Council Offices no later than noon on Monday, November 20, 2023.
Council President Torres also announced that on Monday, November 6, 2023, Council is
scheduled to sit as the quasi-judicial Board of Equalization to consider reduction of total
cost assessments for Local Maintenance Districts. One written protest of assessment for
the Phase II Broadway Pedestrian Mall, which is located in Council District 7, was filed
with the Manager of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure by the
deadline of October 19, 2023. Therefore, Council will sit as the Board of Equalization for

Dependent upon publication, on Monday, November 27, 2023, Council will
hold a required public hearing on Council Bill 23-1483 changing the zoning
classification for 4850 North Federal Boulevard in Chaffee Park; and a
required public hearing on Council Bill 23-1484 changing the zoning
classification for 5107 - 5135 North Emerson Street in Globeville. Any
