Amends a contract with the Mental Health Center of Denver, operating as WellPower, by adding $4,110,334 for a new total of $16,070,560 and nine months for a new end date of 9-30-2024 to operate the Behavioral Health Solutions Center located at 2929 W 10th Avenue, in Council District 3. Anyone wishing to speak on either of these matters should go online to sign up during the recess of Council. RECESS Council took a recess.
