Action Items
17-1448 Approves an amended and restated service plan for Broadway Park
Metropolitan District No. 1, located near Broadway and Center Avenue in
Council District 7.
A motion offered by Councilmember Susman, duly seconded by Councilmember
Brooks, that Council Bill 17-1448 be approved for filing carried by the following
vote:
Aye: 5- Flynn, Black, Susman, Kniech, Brooks
Nay: 0
Absent: 2- Clark, López
17-1449 Approves three metropolitan district service plans: Broadway Park
Metropolitan District No. 2, Broadway Park Metropolitan District No. 3, and
Broadway Park Metropolitan District No. 4, located west of Broadway and
Center Avenue in Council District 7.
A motion by Councilmember Susman, seconded by Councilmember Brooks to file
Council Resolution 17-1449 was approved by the following vote:
Aye: 5- Flynn, Black, Susman, Kniech, Brooks

17-1433 Increases the pay grade of the Executive Director of the Civil Service
Commission from A-814 to A-816.
Council Bill 17-1433 was approved by consent.
17-1434 Creates the Lead Prevailing Wage Investigator classification at pay grade
A-809.
Council Bill 17-1434 was approved by consent.
17-1435 Creates the Marketing/Communications Director classification at pay
grade A-816.

Consent Items
Following are three items that are on the Committee's consent agenda today.
Routine, non-controversial ordinance requests that do not involve substantive
