A motion offered by Brooks, duly seconded by Councilmember López, that Council Resolution 18-0599 be approved for filing carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Clark, Black, Kniech, López, Brooks Nay: 1- Flynn Absent: 1- Susman 18-0598 Approves a $2,338,350 contract with Colorado Coalition for the Homeless through 12-31-20 to expand the existing Social Impact Bond program by providing housing and supportive services to an additional 75 chronically homeless individuals who have been identified as high-cost users of government funded services (201738812). Council Resolution 18-0681 was approved for filing. 18-0682 Creates new classifications of Criminal Investigator Senior and Internal Affairs Investigator Senior; changes the title of Senior Criminal Civil Investigator to Criminal Investigator Senior and Senior Criminal and Civil Investigator to Civil-Criminal Investigator Senior; abolishes the classifications of Civil and Criminal Investigator, Criminal Investigator, and Special Criminal Investigator and creates a new pay grade (L-626).
