A motion offered by Councilmember Kniech, duly seconded by Councilmember Kashmann, that Council Bill 19-0163 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Flynn, Kniech, Susman, Espinoza, Kashmann, Clark Nay: 0 Absent: 1- Black Consent Items Block Vote A motion offered to approve the following items en bloc. A motion offered that Council Resolution 19-0155 be approved by consent en bloc, carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Flynn, Kniech, Susman, Espinoza, Kashmann, Clark Nay: 0 Absent: 1- Black 19-0160 Approves the Mayoral reappointments of Anna Jo Haynes, Stacie Gilmore, Michael Baker, Chris Watney, and Michael Yankovich to the Denver Preschool Program Board of Directors for terms effective immediately and expiring 12-31-21, or until a successor is duly appointed.
