A motion offered by Councilmember Kniech, duly seconded by Councilmember Susman, that Council Bill 19-0194 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Flynn, Kniech, Black, Susman, Espinoza, Kashmann Nay: 0 19-0253 Amends the Classification and Pay Plan to increase the minimum wage for all eligible city employees to $13 per hour, effective 7-1-19. A motion offered by Councilmember Kashmann, duly seconded by Councilmember Kniech, that Council Resolution 19-0253 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Flynn, Kniech, Black, Susman, Espinoza, Kashmann Nay: 0 Consent Items 19-0246 Approves the First Amendment to the Amended and Restated Service Plan for Denver International Business Center Metropolitan District No. 1, located near Tower Road between 64th and 72nd Avenues in Council District 11.
