A motion offered by Ortega, duly seconded by Hinds, that Council Bill 19-0744 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Black, Kniech, Hinds, Gilmore, Ortega Nay: 1- CdeBaca 19-0745 Approves six separate Service Plans for the formation and establishment of six Title 32 districts: Loretto Heights Metropolitan District No. 1, Loretto Heights Metropolitan District No. 2, Loretto Heights Metropolitan District No. 3, Loretto Heights Metropolitan District No. 4, Loretto Heights Metropolitan District No. 5 and Loretto Heights Programming Metropolitan District, in Council District 2. A motion offered by Gilmore, duly seconded by Vice Chair Kniech, that Council Bill 19-0745 be approved for filing. A motion offered that Council Resolution 19-0701 be approved by consent en bloc, carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Black, Kniech, Hinds, Gilmore, Ortega, CdeBaca Nay: 0 19-0741 Amends the Classification and Pay Plan by changing the title and pay grades of various associated labor and equipment operator classifications. A motion offered that Council Resolution 19-0757 be approved by consent en bloc, carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Black, Kniech, Hinds, Gilmore, Ortega, CdeBaca Nay: 0 19-0758 Approves a zero-dollar purchase agreement for the procurement of one rear-loading Compost Collection Truck from Kois Brothers Equipment in an amount not to exceed $304,272 with funding provided through a companion capital lease purchase agreement to support Public Works Solid Waste operations, citywide (PWADM2019-50898).
