Council Resolution 19-1163 was approved by consent 19-1171 Establishes the Human Rights and Community Partnership Collaboration Special Revenue Fund in the General Government series to accept funds from other City Funds and other sources of revenue, rescinds budget from the Human Services Special Revenue Fund, and transfers cash from the Human Services Special Revenue Fund to the new Special Revenue Fund to provide additional financial coaching.
