A motion offered by Ortega, duly seconded by Gilmore, that Council Bill 19-1237 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Black, Kniech, Hinds, Gilmore, Ortega, CdeBaca, Clark Nay: 0 19-1232 Establishes the Unclaimed Minimum Wage Special Trust Fund to temporarily maintain unclaimed wage payments made by Denver employers pursuant to the minimum wage ordinance. A motion offered by Ortega, duly seconded by Gilmore, that Council Bill 19-1232 be approved for filing.
