as GovDeals, by adding five years for a new end date of 7-31-25 and
amending the scope of work by adding additional required contract
language to a revenue agreement for an online auction software platform
and a customer base for use by the City to auction various surplus property
(GENRL-201523038-01; GENRL-202054366-01).

20-0479 Amends a contract with Skillsoft Corporation by adding $501,034.67 for a
new total of $2,396,549.96 and three years for a new end date of 5-29-23
to provide third party training content for City employees (201310840;
