20-0833 Approves a lease agreement with DENCOM, LLC for $19,840,480.40 and
for ten years, with two five-year options to extend, to support emergency
sheltering needs for those experiencing homelessness at a facility located
at 4600 East 48th Avenue in Council District 8 (FINAN-202055687).

allowing the Director of Real Estate to review and approve
Qwest/CenturyLink requests for access to install and maintain telecom
equipment in City-owned buildings leased to third party occupants
(FINAN-202054293).
