Council Bill 20-1303 was approved by consent 20-1304 Amends Chapter 32 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code to remove the sections that impose a $50 biennial fee for maintaining a sales, use and lodger’s tax account with the City & County of Denver. Council Bill 20-1304 was approved by consent 20-1305 Repeals and reenacts Articles I through VIII of Chapter 53 (Taxation and Miscellaneous Revenue) of the Denver Revised Municipal Code, and enacting Article IX of Chapter 53 of the Revised Municipal Code to reorganize the Chapter on taxation. Council Bill 20-1305 was approved by consent 20-1322 Amends a contract with Kaplan Kirsch & Rockwell LLP by adding $750,000 for a new total of $2,050,000 and two years for a new end date of 6-25-23 for outside counsel services in specialized areas of law involving Denver International Airport (201841072). Council Bill 20-1326 was approved by consent 20-1329 Amends Ordinance No. 480, Series of 2010, to change the fund and expending authority of the Clean Energy Loan Program grant such that it can be administered by the Office of Climate Action, Sustainability, and Resiliency. Council Bill 20-1329 was approved by consent 20-1339 Approves a contract with Kaiser Permanente Insurance Company for $94,000,000 and for one year to provide medical benefit plans to eligible employees in 2020 (CSAHR-202053318). Council Resolution 20-1339 was approved by consent 20-1349 Amends a concession contract with TeamFun, LLC by adding one year for a new end date of 12-31-21 to provide food/beverage services and recreational equipment rentals to park patrons, including bikes, surreys, pedal boats, kayaks, and paddleboards at Washington Park and City Park in Council Districts 6 and 9. No change to contract amount (201525286; 202055594). Council Resolution 20-1349 was approved by consent 20-1350 Amends a contract with Vision Service Plan Insurance Company (VSP) by adding $5,040,000 for a new total of $6,883,000 and four years for a new end date of 12-31-24 to provide a vision benefit plan to eligible City employees and classified Denver Police employees (201952645-02). Council Resolution 20-1350 was approved by consent 20-1355 Approves an appropriation for the 2021 Medical Self-Insurance Program totaling $63,000,000.
