Council Bill 21-0549 was approved for filing Briefings 21-0554 Update on COVID Relief Funds Council Presentation 21-0554 was heard in committee Consent Items 21-0487 Amends the Denver Revised Municipal Code to correct errors that occurred during the re-numbering and re-codification of Articles I through IX of Chapter 53 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code. Council Bill 21-0487 was approved by consent 21-0524 Amends a contract with Rocky Mountain Mail Services, LLC by adding $250,000 for a new total of $700,000 and one month for a new end date of 12-31-21 and amending Exhibit A, Scope of Work to include folding and inserting service and Exhibit B, Billing Rates to include the rate associated with folding and inserting service (GENRL-202157493-01; GENRL-202055961-01). Council Resolution 21-0525 was approved by consent 21-0527 Approves the Mayoral appointments of Courtney Galloway, Tymesha Witkins and Fatima Thibou to the Denver African American Commission for terms effective immediately and expiring 9-26-24 or until a successor is duly appointed. Council Resolution 21-0527 was approved by consent 21-0528 Approves the Mayoral appointment of Mary J. Schultz to the Asian American Pacific Islander Commission for a term effective immediately and expiring 1-01-23 or until a successor is duly appointed. Council Resolution 21-0528 was approved by consent 21-0544 Amends a license agreement with T-Mobile West, LLC by adding $21,858.44 for a new total of $736,057.76 and replacing equipment for cellular antennas located on the existing radio tower at Denver Fire Department Station #29 at 4800 North Himalaya Way in Council District 11.
