Action Items
21-0864 Refers a question to the November 2021 ballot to allow the City to issue
general obligation bonds for the purpose of financing and/or refinancing the
cost of repairs and improvements to the Denver facilities system.
A motion offered by Clark, duly seconded by Chair Hinds, that Council Bill
21-0864 be approved for filing, carried by the following vote:
Aye: 4- Kniech, Hinds, CdeBaca, Clark

21-0865 Refers a question to the November 2021 ballot to allow the City to issue
general obligation bonds for the purpose of financing and/or refinancing the
