Council Resolution 21-1497 was approved by consent 21-1498 Approves the Mayoral reappointment of Jennifer Hallinan and the Mayoral appointments of Edward Blair and Nathan Roberts to the Downtown Denver Business Improvement District Board for terms effective immediately and expiring 12-31-24, or until a successor is duly appointed. Council Resolution 21-1498 was approved by consent 21-1501 Amends a contract with QlikTech, Inc. by adding $323,145.90 for a new total of $646,939.45 and three years for a new end date of 12-31-24 for the continual use and support of the Data Replication Software Tool supporting Technology Services (TECHS-202161176). Council Resolution 21-1501 was approved by consent 21-1508 Authorizes the purchase of capital equipment of two video display boards for Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre.
