A motion offered by Chair Ortega, duly seconded by Clark, that Council Resolution 22-0166 be approved for filing, carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Black, Kniech, Hinds, Gilmore, Ortega, Clark Nay: 1- CdeBaca Consent Items 22-0148 Approves the Mayoral appointments of LeRita Cavness, Christopher Conner, Linda Foster, Madisen Frederick, Djuana Harvell, Marsena Holsopple, Flavia Zarcula, Melanie Tsuchida, and Cori Streetman to the Denver Nonprofit Engagement Commission for terms effective immediately and expiring 1-1-24, or until a successor is duly appointed. Council Resolution 22-0148 was approved by consent 22-0149 Approves the Mayoral appointment of Merideth McGrath to the Denver Community Corrections Board for a term effective immediately and expiring 6-30-25, or until a successor is duly appointed. Council Resolution 22-0149 was approved by consent 22-0150 Approves the Mayoral appointment of Evan Gart to the Downtown Denver Business Improvement District board for a term effective immediately and expiring 12-31-24, or until a successor is duly appointed.
