A motion offered that Council Bill 23-0187 be approved by consent en bloc, carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Sawyer, CdeBaca, Hinds, Kniech, Ortega, Torres Nay: 0 Absent: 1- Black 23-0188 Authorizes the purchase of capital equipment from the Parks Legacy Fund (15828) to support irrigation system projects for smaller parks.
