A motion offered that Council Bill 24-0715 be approved for filing, carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Alvidrez, Gonzales-Gutierrez, Sawyer, Lewis, Sandoval, Kashmann, Torres Nay: 0 24-0718 For an ordinance amending the city’s general campaign finance regulations and the Fair Elections Fund Act. A motion offered that Council Bill 24-0729 be approved by consent en bloc, carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Alvidrez, Gonzales-Gutierrez, Sawyer, Lewis, Sandoval, Kashmann, Torres Nay: 0 24-0730 Approves the Mayoral reappointment to the Denver Prosperity Fund Board of Theresa Pena for a term ending 4-30-2027 or until a successor is duly appointed. A motion offered that Council Resolution 24-0730 be approved by consent en bloc, carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Alvidrez, Gonzales-Gutierrez, Sawyer, Lewis, Sandoval, Kashmann, Torres Nay: 0 24-0731 Approves the Mayoral appointment to the Denver American Indian Commission of Nichole Foster for a term ending 5-31-2027 or until a successor is duly appointed.
