A motion offered by Councilmember Clark, duly seconded by Councilmember Brooks, that Resolution 16-0928 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Susman, New, Clark, Brooks Nay: 1- Kashmann Absent: 2- Espinoza, Herndon Presentations 16-1005 Update on proposed rules and regulations for Denver Parks and Recreation. Consent Items 16-0951 Approves a contract with Jacobs Investments, LLC for $788,731.40 for 8 months to provide Citywide traffic signal upgrades and improvements (201629156).
