operation, repair, maintenance and replacement of the
Expanded Greektown Pedestrian Mall Local Maintenance
District in Council Districts 9 and 10.
16-1025 Approves the 2017 annual costs of the continuing care,

16-1030 Approves the 2017 annual costs of the continuing care,
operation, repair, maintenance and replacement of the 22nd
Street and Park Avenue West Pedestrian Mall Local
Maintenance District in Council District 9.
16-1031 Approves the 2017 annual costs of the continuing care,
operation, repair, maintenance and replacement of the
Consolidated Morrison Road Pedestrian Mall Local
Maintenance District in Council District 3.
16-1037 Relinquishes a portion of certain easements established in
Section A, Article 9 of the Vacating Ordinance No. 750,
Series of 1997; as well as a portion of certain easements
established in the Deed of Easement document with
recordation number 990015442, located at 1000 Chopper
Circle in Council District 9.
16-1039 Amends a contract with Summit Services, Inc. by adding
$406,134 to the contract for a new total contract amount of
$1,534,536 and adding one year for a new end date of
10-31-2017 for the mowing, string trimming, edging, clean
up, fertilization, pre-emergent, and broadleaf spray of
medians and included right-of-way citywide (201415856).
16-1040 Approves a contract with T2 Construction, Inc. for
$526,015.09 to replace existing soft surface trail along
Tamarac Avenue and Goldsmith Gulch from Hampden Circle
to Princeton Avenue with concrete trail in Council District 4
(201630040).
16-1047 Dedicates a parcel of land as public right-of-way as East
Mississippi Avenue at the intersection of East Mississippi
Avenue and South Sherman Street in Council District 7.
