16-1193 Rezones property located at 2101 31st Street from I-B, UO-2 to I-MX-8 in
Council District 9.
A motion offered by Brooks, duly seconded by Councilmember Kashmann, that
Bill 16-1193 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 5- New, Clark, Espinoza, Kashmann, Brooks
Nay: 0
Absent: 2- Susman, Herndon
16-1199 Rezones property located at 4211 Inca Street from I-A, UO-2 to C-RX-8 in
Council District 1.
A motion offered by Councilmember Espinoza, duly seconded by Councilmember
Clark, that Bill 16-1199 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following
vote:

Nay: 0

16-1237 Dedicates a parcel of land as public right-of-way located at the intersection
of Acoma Street and West 6th Avenue in Council District 3.
This Resolution 16-1237 was approved by consent.
16-1238 Approves a contract with Concrete Works of Colorado, Inc. for
$4,408,911.12 and for ten months for the full reconstruction of Cherry
Creek South Drive including new sidewalk and street lighting to enhance
safety for pedestrians and motorists in Council District 10 (201630479).
This Resolution 16-1238 was approved by consent.
16-1241 Dedicates a parcel of land as public right-of-way as West 6th Avenue
located at the intersection of West 6th Avenue between Acoma and
Broadway in Council District 3.
