A motion offered by Councilmember New, duly seconded by Councilmember Kashmann, that Resolution 16-1309 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Susman, New, Clark, Espinoza, Herndon, Kashmann Nay: 0 Below are items that are on the Committee's consent agenda today. Routine, non-controversial ordinance requests that do not involve substantive policy changes are placed on Committee agendas as consent items with the approval of Committee chairs.
