A motion offered by Councilmember Espinoza, duly seconded by Councilmember Clark, that Bill 17-0150 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Susman, Clark, Espinoza, Kashmann, Brooks Nay: 0 Absent: 2- New, Herndon 17-0162 Approves an official map amendment to rezone land at 3325 and 3327 Tejon Street from U-TU-B and DO-4 to PUD-G 16 in Council District 1. This Bill 17-0053 was approved by consent. 17-0221 Dedicates a parcel of land as public right-of-way as public alley at a location in Block 4, Pleasant Hill Subdivision, bounded by Vrain Street, Winona Street and West Wells Place in Council District 1. This Resolution 17-0221 was approved by consent. 17-0231 Relinquishes a portion of a single easement established in the vacating Ordinance No. 635, Series of 2012, located in the alley bounded by West 10th Avenue and West 11th Avenue, and Navajo Street and Mariposa Street in Council District 3. This Bill 17-0231 was approved by consent. 17-0232 Amends an encroachment granted to Denver Bike Sharing to encroach into the right-of-way with bicycle docking stations at 1515 Delgany Street with an expansion of the current docking station and increasing the footprint by 68 square feet for a total of 200 square feet in Council District 9.
