A motion offered by Councilmember Clark, duly seconded by Brooks, that Bill 17-0680 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Susman, Clark, Kashmann, Brooks Nay: 1- Espinoza Absent: 2- New, Herndon 17-0687 Approves a lease agreement with Superfly Productions, LLC., for five years at an annual rate of $200,000, with additional monetary and non-monetary considerations, to produce an annual three-day music festival at Overland Golf Course in Council District 7 (201735508). A motion offered by Councilmember Herndon, duly seconded by Brooks, that Bill 17-0687 be approved for filing.
