Council Bill 17-0750 was approved for filing. 17-0751 Approves an Official Map Amendment to rezone property at 4060 North Elati Street from I-A UO-2 to C-RX-12, in Council District 9. A motion offered by Councilmember Kashmann, duly seconded by Councilmember Espinoza, that Bill 17-0751 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- New, Clark, Espinoza, Herndon, Kashmann, Brooks Nay: 0 Absent: 1- Susman 17-0752 Approves an Official Map Amendment to rezone property at 3955, 3965, and 3995 North High Street from I-B UO-2 to I-MX-3 UO-2, in Council District 9. A motion offered by Brooks, duly seconded by Councilmember Espinoza, that Bill 17-0752 be approved for filing.
