A motion offered by Councilmember New, duly seconded by Councilmember Flynn, that Bill 17-1076 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Espinoza, Clark, Flynn, Herndon, New Nay: 0 Absent: 1- Susman 17-1143 Approves an official map amendment to rezone property located at 2812, 2814, 2816, 2821, 2828, 2830, 2836, 2840 and 2842 West 25th Avenue from G-MU-3 UO-3 to G-MS-3 with waivers, in Council District 1.
