Consent Items 18-0004 Approves an intergovernmental agreement with the Regional Transportation District (RTD) for $2,050,000 and for two years for neighborhood planning along the Colfax Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Corridor including improvements to public infrastructure to support transit, walking, and bicycling in Council Districts 5, 8, 9, and 10 (CPLAN-201738504).
