A motion offered by Councilmember New, duly seconded by Councilmember Clark, that Council Resolution 18-0297 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Susman, Espinoza, Clark, Flynn, Herndon, New Nay: 0 Consent Items 18-0281 Approves an interagency agreement with the Denver Board of Water Commissioners for $740,333.94 and for four years for reimbursement from Denver Water for improvements to and replacement of water mains and associated equipment as part of the roadway reconstruction project located on Federal Boulevard between 5th Avenue and Howard Place in Council District 3 (201840530). Council Resolution 18-0285 was approved by consent. 18-0289 Dedicates City-owned land as North Inca Street located near the intersection of West 29th Avenue and North Inca Street in Council District 9.
