Action Items
18-0295 Grants a revocable permit to New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC., doing
business as AT&T, to encroach into the right of way with the installation of
one small cell pole and facilities at 1465 Wewatta Street in Council District
9.
A motion offered by Councilmember Herndon, duly seconded by Brooks, that
Council Resolution 18-0295 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the
following vote:
Aye: 7- Susman, Espinoza, Clark, Flynn, Herndon, New, Brooks
Nay: 0
18-0366 Approves an official map amendment to rezone property located at 2065
South Cherokee Street in Overland from I-A UO-2 to C-RX-8 in Council
District 7.
A motion offered by Councilmember Clark, duly seconded by Councilmember
New, that Council Bill 18-0366 be adopted. The motion carried by the following
vote:

18-0308 Amends a contract with Cartegraph Systems, Inc. to add advanced
resources for material management to the scope of work to support a
cloud-based Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system for the City's

18-0392 Approves a purchase order with EP Blazer LLC, doing business as John
Elway Chevrolet, for $676,728 for 18 Chevrolet Tahoe PPV sport utility
vehicles for the Denver Police Department (PO-00037688).

18-0394 Vacates the alley bounded by Cedar Avenue, South Birch Street, and
Leetsdale Drive with a partial special reservation in Council District 5.
18-0395 Vacates the alley bounded by West Conejos Place, West Colfax Avenue,
North Lowell Boulevard, and North King Street with a three-foot partial
easement reservation in Council District 3.
Council Bill 18-0395 was approved by consent.
18-0400 Amends an intergovernmental agreement with the Urban Drainage and
Flood Control District (UDFCD) by adding $300,000 for a new total of
$6,770,000 for the final design, right of way acquisition, and construction of
drainage and flood control improvements as part of the First Creek
Restoration project to construct a new bike path along First Creek at 56th
Avenue in Council District 11 (201103771).
Council Bill 18-0400 was approved by consent.
18-0402 Amends a lease agreement with Environmental Learning for Kids (ELK) by
adding a Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) grant award in the
amount of $250,000 for the construction of a park site that will serve as the
home base for ELK to provide environmental education for youth citywide
located at 12680 East Albrook Drive in Council Districts 8.
