18-0668 Approves an official map amendment to rezone property located at 2900
South University Boulevard from S-SU-F to S-SU-F UO-3 with Waiver in
Council District 4.
A motion offered by Councilmember Flynn, duly seconded by Councilmember
Herndon, that Council Resolution 18-0668 be approved for filing. The motion
carried by the following vote:
Aye: 6- Susman, Espinoza, Clark, Flynn, Herndon, New
Nay: 0
18-0688 Approves an individual landmark designation for property located at 2900
South University Boulevard in Council District 4.
A motion offered by Councilmember Flynn, duly seconded by Councilmember
Herndon, that Council Bill 18-0688 be approved for filing. The motion carried by
the following vote:

Nay: 0
18-0699 Approves an official map amendment to rezone land at 10050 East
Harvard Avenue, 10150 East Harvard Avenue and 2570 South Dayton
Way from R-2-A to S-MU-5 and S-MU-8, in Council District 4.
A motion offered by Councilmember Flynn, duly seconded by Councilmember
Herndon, that Council Bill 18-0699 be approved for filing. The motion carried by
the following vote:

18-0580 Vacates portions of 17th Street, 18th Street, Pecos Street, and the public
alley bounded by 17th Street, 18th Street, Platte Street, Interstate 25, with a
partial reservation, in Council District 1.
A motion offered by Councilmember Flynn, duly seconded by Councilmember
Herndon, that Council Resolution 18-0580 be approved for filing. The motion
carried by the following vote:

18-0683 Approves a master purchase order with Traffic Signal Controls, Inc. for $2
million for new traffic signal control cabinets to be used for replacement,
construction, and upgrade of signalized intersections, citywide
(SC-00003027).
Council Resolution 18-0683 was approved by consent.
18-0684 Approves a contract with SEMA Construction, Inc. for $1,914,373.33 and
for four months for completion of the 38th and Holly Detention Pond
Improvements project including construction of a gabion drop structure to
convey storm water from Holly Street into the pond, excavation of the pond,
improvements to inlet and outlet structures for the addition of water quality
capture volume, trail, and landscaping improvements located at 38th Street
and Holly Avenue in Council District 8 (201841827).
Council Resolution 18-0684 was approved by consent.
18-0689 Revokes Ordinance No. 176, Series of 2005, to grant a revocable permit
to Grand American, Inc., their successors and assigns, to encroach into the
right-of-way with a parking lot at 1701 Platte Street in Council District 1.
Council Bill 18-0689 was approved by consent.
