City and County of Denver and Kiewit Infrastructure Co. for integrated
construction (IC) services to allow for the construction of the proposed
bicycle and pedestrian bridge crossing over the UPRR tracks near 47th
Avenue and York Street in the Elyria and Swansea neighborhoods.
Amends a contract with Kiewit Infrastructure Co., by adding $15,000,000
for a new total of $155,000,000 to incorporate the implementation of a
bicycle and pedestrian bridge crossing over the Union Pacific Railroad
tracks near 47th Avenue and York Street in Council District 9. No change to
contract duration (201524268). The last regularly scheduled Council
meeting within the 30-day review period is on 11-5-18. The Committee
