at 2600 Milwaukee Street in Council District 9.
A motion offered by Councilmember Brooks, duly seconded by Councilmember
Flynn, that Council Bill 18-1208 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the
following vote:

18-1222 Approves a text amendment to the Denver Zoning Code to establish three
new Downtown Neighborhood Context zone districts and other associated
amendments.
A motion offered by Councilmember Brooks, duly seconded by Councilmember
Espinoza, that Council Bill 18-1222 be approved for filing. The motion carried by
the following vote:

18-1288 Amends Article VI, Chapter 27 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code
(DRMC) to establish affordable housing requirements for projects using

Boulevard to the north, and the Consolidated Main Line to the east in
Council District 9 (TBD).

for six months for seating, stabilization, repairs and other work for the Red
Rocks Subsurface project at Red Rocks Park (201844069).
