A motion offered by Councilmember Brooks, duly seconded by Councilmember Flynn, that Council Bill 18-1208 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Susman, Espinoza, Flynn, Herndon, Brooks, Black Nay: 0 18-1222 Approves a text amendment to the Denver Zoning Code to establish three new Downtown Neighborhood Context zone districts and other associated amendments.
