A motion offered by Councilmember Brooks, duly seconded by Councilmember Flynn, that Council Bill 18-1208 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Susman, Espinoza, Flynn, Herndon, Brooks, Black Nay: 0 18-1222 Approves a text amendment to the Denver Zoning Code to establish three new Downtown Neighborhood Context zone districts and other associated amendments. A motion offered by Councilmember Brooks, duly seconded by Councilmember Espinoza, that Council Bill 18-1222 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Susman, Espinoza, Flynn, Herndon, Brooks, Black Nay: 0 18-1288 Amends Article VI, Chapter 27 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code (DRMC) to establish affordable housing requirements for projects using incentive height requirements. A motion offered by Councilmember Brooks, duly seconded by Councilmember Espinoza, that Council Bill 18-1288 be approved for filing. A motion offered that Council Resolution 18-1264 be approved by consent en bloc, carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Susman, Espinoza, Flynn, Herndon, Brooks, Black Nay: 0 18-1268 Grants a revocable permit to NewPath Networks LLC., doing business as Crown Castle, their successors and assigns, to encroach into the right-of-way with the installation of one small cell pole and facilities at 1449 California Street in Council District 9. A motion offered that Council Resolution 18-1268 be approved by consent en bloc, carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Susman, Espinoza, Flynn, Herndon, Brooks, Black Nay: 0 18-1282 Establishes the National Western Center Campus Management Special Revenue Fund to capture revenue and expend funds related to the development and construction of the National Western Center Campus in Council District 9.
