A motion offered by Councilmember Flynn, duly seconded by Councilmember Espinoza, that Council Bill 18-1346 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Susman, Espinoza, Flynn, Herndon, Brooks, Black, Clark Nay: 0 18-1387 Approves an official map amendment to rezone property from E-SU-D to U-TU-C, located at 4401 Milwaukee Street, 4675 Fillmore Street, and 4685 Fillmore Street in Council District 9. A motion offered by Councilmember Flynn, duly seconded by Councilmember Espinoza, that Council Bill 18-1387 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Susman, Espinoza, Flynn, Herndon, Brooks, Black, Clark Nay: 0 18-1407 Amends Chapter 27 Article VI of the Denver Revised Municipal Code (DRNC) to establish affordable housing requirements for projects using incentive height in the D-CPV-T, D-CPV-R, and D-CPV-C zoning classifications. A motion offered by Councilmember Herndon, duly seconded by Councilmember Black, that Council Bill 18-1407 be approved for filing. A motion offered that Council Bill 18-1380 be approved by consent en bloc, carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Susman, Espinoza, Flynn, Herndon, Brooks, Black, Clark Nay: 0 18-1404 Dedicates city owned land as public right of way as South Sheridan Boulevard, located at the intersection of South Sheridan Boulevard and West Warren Avenue in Council District 2.
