A motion offered by Councilmember Flynn, duly seconded by Councilmember Espinoza, that Council Bill 18-1346 be approved for filing. A motion offered by Councilmember Flynn, duly seconded by Councilmember Espinoza, that Council Bill 18-1387 be approved for filing.
