A motion offered by Councilmember Black, duly seconded by Councilmember Herndon, that Council Bill 19-0446 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Susman, Espinoza, Flynn, Herndon, Brooks, Black Nay: 0 19-0488 Adopts the Stadium District Master Plan, as part of the city’s Comprehensive Plan. A motion offered by Councilmember Herndon, duly seconded by Councilmember Espinoza, that Council Bill 19-0488 be approved for filing.
