19-0679 Grants a revocable permit, subject to certain terms and conditions, to
Denver Bike Sharing, their successors and assigns, to encroach into the
right of way with a bike docking station at 3669 Blake Street in Council
District 9.

19-0682 Approves an intergovernmental agreement with the Regional
Transportation District (RTD) for $1,835,299 and for five years for RTD to
fund up to four Denver Human Services Eligibility Technician II’s, who will
provide eligibility determination and enrollment into RTD’s LiVE Program,
a fare discount program for low-income individuals, citywide
(SOCSV-201950941).
