Approves an individual landmark designation for property located at 4345 West 46th Avenue in Council District 1. A motion offered by Kashmann, duly seconded by Black, that Council Bill 19-0913 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Herndon, Sandoval, Black, CdeBaca, Kashmann, Torres Nay: 0 19-0914 Amends Chapter 30 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code (DRMC), Landmark Ordinance to simplify designation criteria, add criteria associated with cultural significance, to extend time frames for demolition/designation review process, to add required mediation and to clarify language and ensure consistency throughout the ordinance.
