A motion offered by Kashmann, duly seconded by Torres, that Council Bill 19-0954 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Herndon, Sandoval, Black, Kashmann, Torres, Clark Nay: 0 Absent: 1- CdeBaca 19-0964 Approves an official map amendment to rezone properties located at 3333 and 3395 Brighton Boulevard from PUD-G#7, UO-2 to C-MX-8, IO-1, DO-7 and C-MX-8, IO-1, DO-7 with waivers in Council District 9. A motion offered by Black, duly seconded by Clark, that Council Bill 19-0964 be approved for filing. A motion offered that Council Resolution 19-0957 be approved by consent en bloc, carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Herndon, Sandoval, Black, CdeBaca, Kashmann, Torres, Clark Nay: 0 19-0958 Amends a funding agreement with Friends of Levitt Pavilion Denver by adding $189,300 for a new total of $2,989,300 and adding seven years for a new end date of 12-31-32 for modifying the payment schedule, providing level annual payments, and retaining the interest rate for contributions to constructing the Levitt Pavilion in Ruby Hill Park in Council District 7 (201313796). A motion offered that Council Resolution 19-0958 be approved by consent en bloc, carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Herndon, Sandoval, Black, CdeBaca, Kashmann, Torres, Clark Nay: 0 19-0959 Transfers 2.5 acres of land from the City and County of Denver to Arapahoe County as part of the Cherry Creek Corridor Improvement Project to repair eroding banks, upgrade the regional trail and restore ecological function to the creek from Quebec to Iliff. The parcel is currently in the Arapahoe County jurisdictional boundary.
