Approves an official map amendment to rezone property located at 3275 & 3315 Denargo Street from I-B, UO-2 to C-MX-12, DO-7 in Council District 9. A motion offered by Torres, duly seconded by Vice Chair Sandoval, that Council Bill 20-0105 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Herndon, Sandoval, Black, CdeBaca, Kashmann, Torres, Clark Nay: 0 20-0106 A bill for an ordinance changing the zoning classification for 2530 Xavier Street in Sloan Lake. Approves an official map amendment to rezone property located at 2530 Xavier Street from U-SU-C to U-SU-C1 in Council District 1. A motion offered by Kashmann, duly seconded by Vice Chair Sandoval, that Council Bill 20-0106 be approved for filing. Approves a master purchase order with Jebro, Inc. for $15,000,000 and through 2-28-25 for the purchase and delivery of liquid asphalt to be used for asphalt manufacturing for street paving, citywide (SC-00004563).
