Council Resolution 20-0352 was approved by consent
20-0353 Grants a revocable permit, subject to certain terms and conditions, to
Chestnut Island, LLC., their successors and assigns, to encroach into the
right of way with a raised patio walkway, including railings, stairs and an
accessible ramp along 35th Street at 3500 Chestnut Place in Council
District 9.
