between West Saratoga Place and West Stanford Avenue, and South
Kipling Street and South Jellison Street in Council District 2.
Council Resolution 20-0395 was approved by consent
20-0396 Vacates a portion of the public right of way, without reservations, directly
under Interstate 70 and adjacent to 4665 North Fox Street, as originally
dedicated in Ordinance No. 3, Series of 1962 in Council District 9.
Council Bill 20-0396 was approved by consent
20-0397 Relinquishes the utility easement, in its entirety, as established in the Blake
Resubdivision Plat, Ordinance No. 382, Series of 1964, located on a
property at the Southeast corner of 40th Street and Walnut Street in
Council District 9.
