A motion offered by Clark, duly seconded by Kashmann, that Council Bill 20-0546 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Sandoval, Black, CdeBaca, Kashmann, Torres, Clark Nay: 0 Absent: 1- Herndon 20-0550 Approves an official map amendment to rezone property from E-SU-Dx to E-SU-D1x, located at 516 Newton Street in Council District 3. A motion offered by Kashmann, duly seconded by Torres, that Council Bill 20-0550 be approved for filing. Council Bill 20-0540 was approved by consent 20-0551 Approves a contract with Hamon Infrastructure, Inc. for $4,907,500 and for 275 days for the reconstruction and improvements at the I-25 and Broadway Interchange, including curb and gutter, sidewalks, pedestrian ramps, driveways, storm sewer, a waterline, lighting, landscape/ irrigation and streetscape enhancements in Council District 7 (202053434). 20-0552 Relinquishes a 981 square foot portion of the non-exclusive easement established in the Vacation Ordinance No. 20190195, Series of 2019, located at 1243-1255 Tennyson Street, bound by North Uno Court, West 13th Avenue, North Stuart Street, and Dry Gulch Park in Council District 1. Council Bill 20-0552 was approved by consent 20-0553 Revokes Ordinance No. 571, Series of 2000 which granted a revocable permit to BCN Development, LLC., their successors and assigns, to encroach into the right of way to include cornice band, awnings, landscaping trees with sprinklers and electrical outlets, pedestrian lights, balconies, and shoring at 300 West 11th Avenue in Council District 10.
