A motion offered by Torres, duly seconded by Kashmann, that Council Bill 21-0421 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Sandoval, Herndon, CdeBaca, Black, Torres, Kashmann, Gilmore Nay: 0 21-0443 Approves a map amendment to rezone property from PUD 577 to U-MX-2, located at 3300 Irving Street in Council District 1.
