Council Bill 21-0553 was approved for filing Consent Items 21-0558 Approves a subdivision plat for Broadway Park - Subdivision Filing No. 1, located between West Alameda Avenue and West Dakota Avenue and South Cherokee Street and South Broadway Street in Council District 7. Council Resolution 21-0558 was approved by consent 21-0559 Approves a subdivision plat for Broadway Station Filing No. 3, located between West Mississippi Avenue and I-25, and South Santa Fe Drive and South Broadway Street in Council District 7. Council Resolution 21-0559 was approved for filing 21-0561 Approves a grant agreement with the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) for $3,812,628 of CDOT funds and $953,157 of City funds and through 6-30-24 for pedestrian safety improvements on Federal Boulevard between West 23rd Avenue and West 27th Avenue as part of the Elevate Denver Bond program in Council District 1 (202158707).
