Council Bill 21-0592 was approved for filing Consent Items 21-0560 Approves a contract with FCI Constructors, Inc. for $11,043,237 and for 395 Days for construction of the Green Valley Ranch Recreation Center Natatorium Addition as part of the Elevate Denver Bond program in Council District 11 (DOTI-202157632). Council Resolution 21-0560 was approved by consent 21-0577 Approves a map amendment to rezone property from E-SU-D to U-SU-C1, located at 4710 North Pennsylvania Street in Council District 9. Council Bill 21-0577 was approved by consent 21-0593 Approves a grant agreement with the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) for $2,132,000 of CDOT funds and $533,000 of City funds and through 6-30-24 for the Mississippi Avenue Vision Zero Safety Project in Council District 7 (202158743).
