Council Bill 21-0659 was approved for filing 21-0661 Amends Article II, Chapter 10 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code, the 2019 Denver Building and Fire Code and the 2019 Denver Green Code to correct errata found after the initial adoption in December of 2019. Council Bill 21-0661 was approved for filing Consent Items 21-0523 Approves a map amendment to rezone property from E-SU-D to E-SU-D1, located at 945 North Irving Street in Council District 3. Council Bill 21-0523 was approved by consent 21-0669 Approves a request to connect property located outside the City at 5400 Monroe Street to wastewater facilities within the City boundary. Council Bill 21-0669 was approved by consent 21-0670 Amends an intergovernmental agreement with Urban Drainage and Flood Control District (UDFCD), doing business as Mile High Flood Control District, by adding $500,000 of UDFCD funds and $500,000 of City funds for a new total of $1,500,000 for drainage and flood control improvements for Goldsmith Gulch at Evans Avenue and Monaco Parkway in Council District 4. Council Resolution 21-0671 was approved by consent 21-0672 Approves a grant agreement with the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) for $3,812,628 of CDOT funds and $953,157 of City funds and through 3-22-31 for pedestrian safety improvements on Federal Boulevard between West 23rd Avenue and West 27th Avenue as part of the Elevate Denver Bond program in Council District 1 (202158707).
