by East 2nd Avenue, North Monroe Street, East 1st Avenue and North
Madison Street in Council District 10.

21-0726 Dedicates a parcel of land as public right of way as East Hampden
Avenue, located at the intersection of South Poplar Street and East
Hampden Avenue in Council District 4.
