Council Bill 21-1052 was approved by consent 21-1064 Amends an intergovernmental agreement with the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District (UDFCD), doing business as Mile High Flood Control District, by adding $2,200,000 of UDFCD funds and $2,000,000 of City funds for a new total of $8,400,000 to design and construct drainage and flood control improvements in Weir Gulch from the South Platte River to 8th Avenue in Council District 3.
