E-SU-D1x, located at 600 South Canosa Court in Council District 7.
Council Bill 21-1052 was approved by consent
21-1064 Amends an intergovernmental agreement with the Urban Drainage and
Flood Control District (UDFCD), doing business as Mile High Flood
Control District, by adding $2,200,000 of UDFCD funds and $2,000,000 of
City funds for a new total of $8,400,000 to design and construct drainage
and flood control improvements in Weir Gulch from the South Platte River
to 8th Avenue in Council District 3. No change to agreement duration
(202055100-01; 202160178-01).
Council Bill 21-1064 was approved by consent
21-1066 Amends a purchase order with Astec, Inc. by adding $74,000 for a new
total of $1,915,820 and one year for a new end date of 12-31-22 for
additional electrical work on the asphalt silo at the City’s asphalt plant
located at 5440 Roslyn Street in Council District 8 (PO-00064047).

21-1072 Approves a map amendment to rezone property from U-SU-B to U-SU-B1,
located at 3255 North Newton Street and 3254 North Osceola Street in
Council District 1.

21-1073 Dedicates a parcel of land as public right of way as public alley, bounded
by West Louisiana Avenue, South Federal Boulevard, West Mississippi
Avenue, and South Dale Court in Council District 7.
Council Resolution 21-1073 was approved by consent
21-1074 Grants a revocable permit, subject to certain terms and conditions, to
Portland Properties, LLC, their successors and assigns, to encroach into
the right of way with the existing 2-foot tall retaining wall, three sets of
3.5-foot tall concrete steps with handrails, 1.5-foot tall landscape walls, and
