A motion offered by Torres, duly seconded by Black, that Council Bill 22-0412 be approved for filing, carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Sandoval, Herndon, CdeBaca, Black, Torres, Kashmann Nay: 0 Absent: 1- Gilmore 22-0424 Approves a Denver Zoning Code text amendment to implement the recommendations of the Expanding Housing Affordability project to encourage provision of additional affordable housing beyond mandatory requirements, transition multiple existing incentive systems in various overlays, encourage on-site compliance with affordable housing requirements through other incentives, and correct minor errors and omissions from other recently adopted zoning code text amendments. A motion offered by Kashmann, duly seconded by Torres, that Council Bill 22-0425 be postponed to a date certain, carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Sandoval, Herndon, CdeBaca, Black, Torres, Kashmann Nay: 0 Absent: 1- Gilmore 22-0426 Amends Chapter 27 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code to revise provisions related to the linkage fee, repeal incentives for affordable housing and adopt affordable housing requirements applicable to the creation of new dwelling units.
