A motion offered by Sandoval, duly seconded by Torres, that Council Bill 22-0424 be amended, carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Sandoval, Herndon, Black, Torres, Kashmann, Gilmore Nay: 1- CdeBaca 22-0425 Approves a legislative map amendment to rezone multiple properties in the 38th & Blake station area to remove the 38th & Blake Incentive Overlay District (IO-1) and adjust underlying base zone districts for certain properties in Council District 9.
