A motion offered by Councilmember Kashmann, duly seconded by Councilmember Clark, that Council Bill 22-0820 be approved for filing, carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Sandoval, Herndon, CdeBaca, Black, Torres, Kashmann, Clark Nay: 0 22-0821 Approves a map amendment to rezone property from E-SU-D1x to E-RH-2.5, located at 479 North Knox Court in Council District 3. A motion offered by Councilmember Torres, duly seconded by Councilmember Clark, that Council Bill 22-0821 be held in committee, carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Sandoval, Herndon, CdeBaca, Black, Torres, Kashmann, Clark Nay: 0 22-0840 Changes the Denver City Council Rules of Procedure.
